Dr. Ungar-Sargon trained in England and did his residency and fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and has held teaching positions in the Medical College of Pennsylvania as well as Harvard Medical School. As a neurologist, he is highly trained to treat disorders of the nervous system, which include diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.

Dr. Ungar-Sargon is sympathetic to alternative strategies when conventional treatment fails and is concerned about the human dimension of pain and suffering. This unique perspective is very evident in his learning & teaching of the spiritual dimension.
